SHIPPING
We process and ship orders in 1 business day.

If you need your order expedited to accommodate upcoming events such as birthdays or anniversaries, please email us to enquire about same-day order processing.
Delivery time for International orders may take between 4 - 12 business days depending on the carrier.
We cannot take responsibility for additional fees that may be imposed on international orders, such as customs and duty fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
We offer cancellations up to 30 minutes after the time of order submission by contacting our Customer Service team via hello@regalivy.com for immediate assistance.

We may be able to make modifications to your existing order if you contact us via customer service within 1 hour of placing your order.
RETURNS
For hygienic reasons, all sales are final. Once the label has been taken off, or the products tried on, then it is yours to keep. This helps us reduce waste as well as ensure that every customer gets to experience our products as intended.

The following are exceptions to our return policy:

if you received a defective/damaged item(s), we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the merchandise back to us for a store credit. Should you run into this issue please email us immediately upon receipt at hello@regalivy.com so that we can further assist you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are unable to take responsibilities for lost or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please refer your tracking number to the courier for further investigation.
